Une expérience de Gilles Jobin & Thomas Ott
In development
« Thomas Ott’s world like mine has no words, only images to create meaning. » — XRMust
Synopsis
Lost in the Californian desert, on route 66, the SUNSET MOTEL is a mysterious place populated by marginal figures from the world of the comic artist Thomas Ott. We embody the new customer of this motel who meets, from one bedroom to the next, the phantomlike presences that inhabit this dark place.
Intentions
Adapted from Thomas Ott’s work, SUNSET MOTEL is an immersion, put into motion in virtual reality by the choreographer and immersive director Gilles Jobin in the static and darkly luminous world of this illustrator.
Partners
A FLORÉAL, CIE GILLES JOBIN and NADASDY FILM production. With support from CINÉFORUM and the CNC (Création Immersive).
